About Us
Well a little bit about us. I (Smokin Bill) started smokin cheese about 8 years ago and actually enjoyed doing it although my first time I ruined about 30 pounds. And I kept at it until I had it figured out. Then I became hooked on the pleasure of smokin different items. So I figured,,,,,hey I'll make a business out of it n that's where it started. Cheese then pierogies and now I'm a distributor for Fathead peppers and who knows what else. I actually enjoy pleasing people by satisfying their tastebuds with our delicious products. And we also have a stand at the Lewisburg farmers market and enjoy it and the people. And now,,,,onto business.

- The Great Gazoo, Potato n cheese filling, pickles, brine and dill weed.
- Toadstool Mushrooms, Potatoes and cheese.
- Sweet Potato.
Pierogies are $8.00 per 1/2 dozen.
All of our pierogies are already boiled and we do that to make
it easy for you, the customer. To prepare, thaw peirogies, put
in frying pan with butter on medium heat about 2 to 2 1/2
minutes per side or until golden brown and ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY,

Mother's Hot Mustard
Mothers Hot mustard and Mothers Hot Honey mustard
are both made with the customer in mind and with the best
quality ingredients that we could possibly find. So smooth
but still has that little bit of a good bite. This recipe has been in our family for 62 years. And Mother use to say, you boys don't give that recipe to anyone.....Yes Mother. YUMMY YUMMY
